Urban Hound is proud to be a part of Coldwell Banker. I have one goal in mind and that is to promote the benefits of living and working in the midtown, downtown and East Sacramento neighborhoods.
My passion is older homes built anywhere from the 1900’s to the 1950’s. I am very familiar with every aspect of older homes and of what it takes to enhance an older home, as well as what it takes to have your home hold its value. I have lived in East Sacramento for the last 20 years and I am happy to say that it gets better and better over time. I have worked in the East Sacramento and Midtown residential real estate market for more than 24 years, and I am committed to promoting the community as a whole. The resurgence of new restaurants, retail businesses and the renovation of existing businesses is very exciting to see.
